Q: How long does shipping take?

It depends on where you are and what we are shipping. Within China, a few days. To main ports in Southeast Asia, about two weeks. Europe and North America typically 25-35 days by sea. Air freight is faster but costs more — we always show both options so you can decide.

Q: Do you provide material test reports?

Every shipment comes with an MTR — chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensions, all verified. For 304 and 316, it shows the exact nickel and chromium content. You can trace every piece back to the mill if needed.

Q: How do you guarantee the material is the right grade?

We use a spark spectrometer to verify chemical composition on every batch before it leaves the factory. The MTR documents it. If you want, we can also provide XRF analysis or send samples to your own lab for verification. Transparency matters.

Q: Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?

Yes. Samples of standard grades are free; you only cover the courier cost. Custom products may take a little longer. It is better to test than to guess.

Q: Do you handle customs clearance?

We prepare all the export documentation — invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and material test reports. Customs clearance at your destination is your responsibility, but we work with freight forwarders who can help arrange DDP if you need it. Just tell us what you need.

Current stock covers diameter 6–200 mm. TU1 is oxygen-free copper for vacuum, cryogenic and high-conductivity applications. It is stocked for Vacuum devices, superconducting materials and high-reliability electronics. We slit, cut and finish to order, with MTC documentation and 7-10 day dispatch on stocked sizes.
