Pure aluminium is valued for its low weight, high electrical and thermal conductivity and a natural oxide film that resists air and seawater. We supply pure grades 1050, 1060 and 1100 in coil, sheet and plate in tempers suited to deep drawing and light structural use. Its inert, food-safe surface makes it a first choice for aluminium foil and food packaging. In chemical and power industries it serves heat exchangers, reactors and storage tanks, while its low electrical leakage suits capacitor foil. Controlled surface, close dimensions and stable mechanical properties define every delivery.
Pure aluminium (1-series) carries no alloying additions, so it bends, conducts and resists corrosion the way mill-finished aluminium should. We stock 20 pure-aluminium products, mostly 1050 and 1060, in strip, coil, sheet, foil, bar and flat bar.
1060 coil runs 600–1500 mm wide for food-packaging lines; 1060 sheet goes 600–2000 mm; 1070 sheet serves higher-purity requirements. The 1050 strip at 10–300 mm is a common pick for electrical wire stock. Bar and flat bar cover 6–400 mm for machined fittings. The 1060 coil and 1070 sheet pages carry the dimension tables.
The four digits are purity: 1060 is 99.6 % Al minimum, 1070 is 99.7 %. Higher purity buys better conductivity and formability at the cost of strength — which is why 1-series parts rarely carry load. If your part needs both, look at the alloy series instead. Our 1060 buyer guide walks through properties grade by grade.
Food-packaging and electrical buyers usually ask for certificates of analysis rather than full EN 10204 3.1 — we supply both; state which on the enquiry. Standard dispatch is 7–15 days, MOQ flexible, reply within 24 hours. Quotes come factory-direct from Yuze Metal.
