PPGI and PPGL are prepainted steels; a zinc or zinc-aluminium coated substrate finished with a tough paint system, so the product resists atmospheric corrosion without any on-site painting. We supply galvanized and zinc-aluminium based materials with PVDF, HDP, PE and plain paint systems, in thicknesses from 0.2 to 2.0 mm and widths up to 1500 mm. The coating resists UV ageing, humidity and chemical attack while retaining flatness, colour stability, adhesion and gloss through long service lives. These are the sheets and profiles behind roof and wall panels and the enclosure systems used in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
Pre-painted steel saves the paint line: coil arrives coated, your product leaves finished. We stock 16 PPGI and PPGL products — galvanized and galvalume substrates in polyester, PVDF and stone-chip finishes, widths 600–1250 mm.
PPGI pre-painted galvanized coil in 600–1250 mm for panels and profiles; embossed coil where texture matters; stone-chip finish for roofing with a tile look. PPGL uses the galvalume (zinc-aluminium) substrate for better heat resistance — the PVDF premium coil is the long-life roofing option. Polyester and PVDF sheet cover wall cladding. The stone-chip coil page shows finish options.
Polyester is the economical standard for interior and sheltered exterior use. PVDF holds gloss and colour far longer under UV — the choice for industrial roofing that has to look right for decades. Tell us the environment and expected repaint cycle; we will point at the coating that fits the budget.
Coating thickness, colour (RAL) and gloss level are confirmed in writing before production. Stocked colours dispatch in 7–15 days; custom colours run on a minimum order per colour. Flexible MOQ, factory pricing — request a quote through the inquiry form.
