Galvanized steel combines the strength of cold-rolled carbon steel with a protective zinc coating that resists corrosion in service. We supply grades SGCC, SGCH and DC51D+Z in coil and sheet form, with zinc coatings from 40 to 275 g/m2 matched to roofs, external cladding, formed sections and general fabrication. Continuous hot-dip galvanizing produces a dense, uniform coating that also protects sheared edges, extending service life in exterior and semi-exposed environments. Low maintenance and favourable economics make it the standard for purlins, roofing and lightweight wall systems in residential and commercial construction.
Zinc coating turns cheap steel into weather-proof steel. Our 16 galvanized products split into two streams: electro-galvanized coil and sheet for appliances, and hot-dip galvanized sections, pipe and mesh for construction and plumbing.
Electro-galvanized coil and sheet in 600–1250 mm widths — the appliance-shell standard, with an even, paintable zinc layer. Hot-dip side: galvanized angle steel and C-channel for structural frames, welded GI pipe for plumbing runs, and wire mesh for fencing and reinforcement. Electro-galvanizing lays a thin, uniform coat — ideal where the surface gets painted, as on appliance panels. Hot-dip builds a thick zinc layer that survives scratches and outdoor exposure, which is why pipe, mesh and structural sections go that route.
