Quotations are based on the grade, specification, quantity, and destination you specify; pricing is confirmed once we verify the scope of each order.

Delivery & Lead Time

Delivery lead times are confirmed per order and typically range from 15 to 30 days from order confirmation, depending on grade, quantity, and specifications. The indicative lead time shown on each product page is for reference only; the final delivery date is confirmed in writing with your order confirmation. We arrange international shipping (sea, air, or express) and provide tracking details once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

As a B2B supplier, every order is produced and dispatched against a confirmed written quotation and order confirmation. If you receive products that do not match the agreed specification, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and reference the agreed specification, attaching photos. We will review and agree on a resolution, which may include replacement, rework, or refund in accordance with the order contract. Transport damage must be reported immediately upon receipt. As products are manufactured to order, returns are not accepted for change of mind — only where the product fails to meet the agreed specification.
