2205 (S32205) duplex plate ex-stock for desalination, offshore and chemical plant — roughly double the yield of 304, and it resists the stress corrosion cracking that limits 300-series grades. Factory direct, MTC EN10204 3.1. Quote in 24 hours.

Organised by application. Each grade is backed by ASTM / EN / JIS / GB specifications, with chemical composition, mechanical properties and mill test certificates on every shipment.
Duplex stainless combining high strength with excellent chloride resistance — a thinner plate that does the same job.
Molybdenum-bearing austenitics — the standard grades for chemical, marine and pharmaceutical service.
Super austenitic and super duplex — the highest corrosion resistance for offshore, acid service and desalination.
High-chromium austenitics for furnace equipment, heat treatment and high-temperature structural service.
Stabilised and general-purpose austenitics — good corrosion resistance with controlled sensitisation for heat-exposed service.

Duplex 2205 (S32205 / 1.4462), the grade we supply most often for chloride service.
Yield strength is roughly double that of 304, so parts can be designed thinner. In chloride water, 2205 also resists the stress corrosion cracking that limits the 300-series grades.
3–80 mm thick in 1500 mm width, in 2B, No.1 and No.4 (HL), with cut-to-length, slitting and laser cutting available in-house.
Seawater and desalination systems, chemical processing, heat exchangers and marine structures. If the environment carries chlorides and 316L has let you down before, 2205 is the usual next step.
Every shipment includes the EN10204 3.1 certificate with chemistry and mechanical properties, with pre-shipment inspection by SGS, BV or TÜV available on request.
No fixed MOQ; trial orders are welcome. Stock sizes leave in 7–15 days, and for custom gauges the schedule is confirmed in writing before production starts.
Tell us your grade, thickness, width and quantity — we respond with a written lead time and price within 24 hours. Trial orders welcome before a full container.
